How it started
A conversation in Spain.
Ava-Ann was a 62-year-old pro-age model. Like so many women her age, she was starting to notice the things skincare ads kept promising to "fix." Wrinkles. Age spots. Roughness. She tried everything that was supposed to work. Most of it didn't.
One day during a hair and makeup session, she met a makeup artist from Spain named Maria. Maria's skin was extraordinary, smooth, even, calm. Ava-Ann couldn't stop looking at it. So she asked.
"In her town, women hardly wear foundation. They don't need to."
It wasn't a product. It was a tradition. A way of caring for the skin built on native Spanish ingredients, traditional formulations, and a fundamentally different relationship with aging. When Ava-Ann returned to the United States, she had a question: why couldn't American women have this too?
She started Noche Y Dia with one product, the Vitamin C Serum. It is still our bestseller. From there, the line grew. Each product formulated at our lab in Vizcaya, made in small batches, imported to the US in limited quantities. Built around one idea Ava-Ann brought back with her: the skin you have, at the age you are, deserves real care. She called it pro-age. We still do.

Every product is formulated and produced at Laboratorios Ximart in Vizcaya. Not contract-manufactured. Actually made there, in small batches.
Oil-based Vitamin C. Glass bottles.
Most Vitamin C serums are water-based, which means they lose potency within weeks. Ours is oil-based and packaged in glass, so it stays stable through the whole bottle.
