Three women who use both our lines. None of them use them the same way.

Earlier this week I wrote about three signs your skin might be ready for Caviar. The piece was about when to add it.
This one is about how our actual customers use it once they have.
When we asked customers who use both our Vitamin C and our Caviar lines to walk us through their routines, the conversations went in different directions than I expected. Same two lines. Three completely different approaches.
The most common pattern. The one I'd recommend if you're starting out.
"I have been using your Vitamin C products for awhile now. Use them in the morning and started using the Caviar products at night. Love them both and I'm 76 and my skin looks great."
Jackie, 76
Jackie's routine is what most of our long-term customers settle into. Vitamin C in the morning to handle the daily exposure, Caviar at night to do the deeper work while she sleeps.
If you're going to try this layering approach for the first time, this is the version I'd start with. Easy to remember. Each line does its job in the part of the day where it works best.
The opposite of what I'd recommend. It works for her anyway.
"I use both products. Caviar product mornings and C products at night. Love my eye cream."
Ralene
Ralene does it exactly opposite from Jackie. Caviar in the morning to start the day with deep hydration, Vitamin C at night when the skin can absorb actives without being pulled in different directions by sun and pollution.
When I asked her why, she said her skin just felt better this way. That's enough of a reason. The honest answer is that the "right" order for layering Vit C and Caviar matters less than whether you actually do it both times of day.
Her eye cream mention is worth noting too. Caviar Eye Contour is one of the products customers don't talk about until they try it. Then they don't stop.
Cleansing Serum from Caviar. Concentrate from Vitamin C. Cream from Caviar. The sophisticated version.
"Using Caviar Cleansing Serum, Vitamin C Revitalizing Concentrate and Caviar Regenerating Cream. I have 84 year old skin, dry and somewhat wrinkled."
Barbara, 84
Barbara doesn't follow either pattern from above. She's built her routine product by product, picking from both lines based on what each one does best.
Caviar Cleansing Serum to remove the day. Vitamin C Concentrate Ampoules as the active treatment. Caviar Regenerating Cream to seal it all in. This is what skincare looks like after years of experimentation. You stop thinking about "the Vitamin C line" or "the Caviar line" as separate routines. You start thinking about which product does which job.
At 84, with dry skin she's honest about, Barbara has figured out something a lot of younger customers haven't: the lines aren't competing. They're complementary. You can mix them however your skin asks you to.
Jackie, Ralene, and Barbara are different ages, with different routines, using different products in different orders. What they have in common is they all use both lines.
None of them switched from Vitamin C to Caviar. They added Caviar to what they were already doing. The brightening Vit C does, the deeper hydration Caviar does, and the way the two work together.
"I love your Vitamin C line and also your Caviar line. It has been a game changer for my 75 year old skin. Love these products."
Cynthia, 75
There's no single right way to layer these two lines. The one thing every long-term customer agrees on is that the lines work better together than either does alone.
Whichever way you start is fine. The point is to start.
Most customers start with the Face Cream. It's the easiest first step into the Caviar line.
