2 Winter Skincare DIY Delights

I know that winter can be tough on our skin, especially for those of us who have been around the block a few times (hello, 40s!). These DIY skincare treats aren't just indulgent; they're also packed with natural ingredients that will help combat dryness and dullness. Plus, the lovely scents will transport you to a winter wonderland every time you use them!

So, grab your apron, gather your ingredients, and let's get started on these winter wonders – Gingerbread Body Scrub and Sugar Cookie Lip Scrub.

Gingerbread Body Scrub

Picture this – you're exfoliating your skin with the warm and spicy aroma of gingerbread, and your bathroom transforms into a cozy winter haven. This DIY body scrub is not only decadent but also packed with skincare benefits.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of brown sugar (great for gentle exfoliation)
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil (nourishing and hydrating)
  • 1 tablespoon of ground ginger (antioxidant and anti-inflammatory)
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon (skin brightening and exfoliating)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (smells heavenly)

Instructions:
