How to Make: Apple Cider Vinegar Facial Toner

If you are like most woman you have skimped on the toner step in your skincare routine.

I always felt like it was extra chemicals on my skin until my friend let me in on her beauty secret. She makes her own face toner using apple cider vinegar and water. And the results are amazing!

Apple cider vinegar helps even out your complexion by balancing your skins ph. It wards off bacteria and helps shed dead skin cells.

Even though the cleanser I use counts as a toner I do like this for days I don’t use makeup. It doesn’t smell the best so I only use at night and finish with my ultra-moisturizing caviar cream.

Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar Toner:

Naturally rich in alpha hydroxy acids

Lightens sun and age spots

Dissolves dead skin cells

Balances the skin’s PH

Reduces acne and acne scars

Helps minimize appearance of pores

Apple Cider Vinegar Toner Directions:

1) Pour 1 part Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar ("with the mother") into a glass jar, bottle or container.

2) Add 2 parts distilled or filtered water

3) Mix well

4) Apply the toner to your freshly cleansed skin using a cotton ball or pad, avoiding the eye area.

5) Apply your usual, moisturizer after the apple cider vinegar toner has dried.

6) Shake well before each use.  Store in a cool, dry, dark place (No need to refrigerate).

*adjust the water to apple cider vinegar amounts according to your skin. If it is too strong add more water. If you are not seeing results add more apple cider.
