Hi I'm Ava-Ann,

As I started getting to 60, I started looking at life, a little bit differently and I came to realize that it's not only about what you look like on the outside, but what we look like on the inside and that to focus more on what was inside.

We are all going to age and I just decided that I was going to embrace it and enjoy it and go with it. I threw out my hair dye, I hardly wear makeup and I've been using the Vitamin C serum which I absolutely love and I feel like that's done wonders to my skin.

I look at myself in the mirror now and no I'm not as young as I used to be, and my skin is not as perfect as it used to be, but I feel good and I feel good from the inside and to me that's very important.
