8 Healthy Snacks for Anytime

Snacking throughout the day gives extra energy and allows for mental clarity. As simple as it may seem, choosing healthy snack options can sometimes be difficult.

Working in the office, at home, or on-the-run, snacks that will give you energy and will help you feel recharged are a necessity.

  1. Smoothies

Not only are smoothies quick and great for on-the-go, but they are delicious! So many flavor options with vitamins and nutrients, and great for any time of the day. Add in fruit, greens, yogurt, and ice for a chilled drink to sip on.

  1. Hummus

Dip veggies, crackers, and even tortilla chips in one of the many flavor options offered. My favorite is Sun-dried Tomato Pesto! Yummy!

  1. Trail Mix

Dried fruit, grains, nuts, and of course sneak in some chocolate for a healthy, yet easy snack! Easy to bring in your purse or keep at your desk.

  1. Avocado Toast

You can spice up toast in so many ways. Ever tried it with avocado? So tasty, and if you have leftovers, make some guac with it for later!

  1. Popcorn

Why save popcorn for the movies when you can enjoy it anytime? Quick to make and filling! Add in some flavor by sprinkling garlic powder or kettle flavoring. Delish!

  1. Cheese and Crackers

Can’t go wrong with some Triscuits and cheese for a quick recharge. You can even add in some jam for flavor or turkey for extra protein. Cheddar, Gouda, or blue cheese pair well.

  1. Fruit

What can be more satisfying than biting into a fresh, crisp apple, peach, or pear? Fresh fruit offers natural sugars and carbs that leave you satisfied!

    8. Hard-Boiled Eggs

Eggs cooked any way are a great source to increase your protein intake. If pre-made, they are easy to grab and take on-the-go.
