Accessibility Statement
Noche Y Dia wants every customer to be able to shop, learn about our skincare and get help on nocheskincare.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and following them makes the site easier to use for everyone.
What we have done
- A "Skip to content" link and a clear page structure with headings and landmarks.
- Full keyboard access, with a visible focus outline on links, buttons and form fields.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, including our product seals and charts, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
- Text and button colors that meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Clear labels on menus, the cart and links that open in a new tab.
- Layouts that adapt to phones and browser zoom, and reduced animation for visitors who turn on the "reduce motion" setting on their device.
- Testing with automated tools (axe) plus manual keyboard checks on our key pages: home, product, collection, cart and contact.
Known limitations
Some features on our site are provided by third parties, including customer reviews, subscription options, email signup forms and the Shopify checkout. We choose vendors that support accessibility and report problems to them when we find them, but we do not control every part of their code. If anything on the site gets in your way, please contact us and we will help you directly.
