Cleansing Water
About a minute and a half
- 1Spray onto a cotton pad or directly onto your face.
- 2Wipe gently across your face and neck.
- 3Rinse with cool water and pat dry.

Ampoule
About a minute
- 1Tap the top of the ampoule to settle the formula at the bottom.
- 2Snap off the top with the protective cap, pour into your hands.
- 3Press onto face, neck, and chest. Let it sink in.
Half an ampoule is plenty. Once or twice a week is all you need. If you don't use the whole ampoule at once, pour the rest into a small clean container and store it in the fridge until your next use. Vitamin C oxidizes when exposed to air, so the cold slows it down.
Vitamin C Serum
About a minute and a half
- 1Press three or four drops between your palms.
- 2Massage gently into face and neck in slow upward strokes.
- 3Take a deep breath. Let it absorb.
This is the relaxing minute. Slow your hands down. The massage helps circulation and the Serum absorbs better on slightly damp skin.
Face Cream

- 1Take a pearl-sized amount on your fingertips.
- 2Warm it briefly between your fingers.
- 3Press across face, neck, and the bit of chest that shows. This seals everything in.
